Vegas Vision

Just wow! From the front desks to the assistant to the eyeglasses maker to the doctor! Very nice people here. My appt was at 5:15 pm for a new patient appt. but got out early at 4:00 pm so drove down and they got me right in. Even made my glasses right then and there. Georgie is a sweet-heart, helped me choose frames and was very patient. Ladies upfront very profesional and helpful! Doctor was very explanatory and addressed my concerns. I am currently waiting on my glasses here in the waiting area. My parents also came as new patients a few months back and loved the service. They also speak Spanish ❤️

I have used Vegas Vision for the last 6 years and have always had good service when it came to my eye glasses but on December the 1st that changed. I went in to see Dr Chan but this time it wasn't him it was what I could only assume was a student filling in for him. My visit wasn't for glasses but for a infected eye that has a inner stye. The So called Optometrist that was there sat me down spent almost the entire time with his attention drawn to the computer didnt listen to my story that lead up to the event that caused my stye and acted the whole time like I was taking up his time. I explained in detail and non of it was of any interest to him just handed me a referral and said my eye had a stroke and no medication was needed no antibiotics nothing just go home and wait for your appoint

I have been going here for about 5/6 years for my eye exams and glasses. I love the selection and good prices for frames, it's always a pleasant experience. Staff is great I always feel acknowledged and in good care. Great place

I brought a friend in for his appointment decided I was over due to see a eye doctor. They saw me the same day. In and out roughly around time my friend was done. Quick friendly and efficientat what they do. Definitely can't ask more of a business then that!
