Vegas Vision - Craig Location

One of the best places I've ever gone for eye exam and glasses. Had a little bit of extra paperwork for the DMV that was need so I could get my CDL license and it was unexpected, but the optometrist was very kind and saw me on very short notice three weeks after my exam to get the paperwork signed off. To which I am very appreciative. At the exam the Dr really took the time needed to get my Rx dialed in. Friendly helpful staff. Won't think of going anywhere else ever again .

My RayBans prescription glasses lost a screw and needed repaired, and they did it at no charge! Very sweet and friendly - I will be using them as my main vision supplier from now on :)

Dr Chang is very rude, I told her that I needed paperwork filled out for my HR department because I can't see /drive at night her response was yes you can it must be some other medical issue you're having !?!? Hello I can't see at night to drive !!!!! And the new glasses our horrible flimsy they feel like they're going to break ! I will be returning them today for my refund looking for a new optometrist at this point !!! Horrible experience!!!

Went in on May 12th, Julie was so kind made me feel comfortable and everything went smooth. I was told it would take up to two weeks to get my glasses. I got them today took 6 days not bad at all. I love my new glasses simple but cute. Thanks Vegas Vision. Highly recommend them. I have medicaid they have a lot of options in glasses versus other places 😁

The front lady was so rude lack on professional skills other than that I don’t know because my daughter had a prescription and when I finally have the money for frame and lenses I made the glasses order for my daughter when glasses came in my girl was complaining on the new lenses it was to much for her she felt dizzy. I called in and let them know what was going on and the lady in the front say that because it was 3 months ago that her vision could be change I don’t understand what she meant by that and the insurance only covers one time exam and that I have to pay for Dr errors . I’m not bringing my 3 kids here
