First time patient here. Epitome of how bad healthcare in vegas is. Front staff and MA is friendly but doctor is a little rude. He has a thick accent, and when i misunderstood his question he yelled at me and responded “ YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING MY QUESTION!” He is always focused on the computer, he is not sure if he can treat my condition, he did not do a neurological exam, or ask me how I felt, didn’t allow me to explain my full prior medical history.. he barely read all the medical records i provided to him during the appointment. Barely spoke to me.. wrote tests needed (that i already did) on a peice of paper , gave me a handshake and let me go.. waste of time and copay.. will not return and I will just go to LA for neurology.. how does this place have a lot of good reviews?? If I could give a half a star or less I would. I had been a long standing patient since 2017 and as the years have gone on I started noticing the care and customer service I received from Dr. Xie and his staff have declined exponentially. Where do I begin, from when you first enter the building and see the front desk you are over charged, because billing doesn’t know how to properly run the insurance and get what the copay is going to be in advance, so it leads to the patient having a credit, and when you decide to leave the facility due to terrible care and you ask for the credit to be reimbursed to you, since it’s your money, they harass you and withhold your check reimbursement from you. I have a very good experience with Dr XIE. First impression was very friendly and very knowledgeable. From the front desk guy (Tony) and the nurse (Yuru) they were very friendly and helpful. So if you need a very good neurologist please go and see Dr. Kevin Xie. Thank you so much!

I moved from Boston had to look for all new Doctors, I am so glad I choose Dr. Xie. He is a smart, kind neurologist that actually takes the time to talk to you about your concerns along with his! The medical associates along with the front desk staff are all also competent and friendly. It's fairly easy to get squeezed in should you need a quick appt.

I have never been so appalled by you Dr. Kevin Xie medically neglecting my son and dismissing his diagnosis. After I had the documentation from the ENT stating what was wrong . You turned around and asked my son “Where you depressed “? “Were you tired “ ? Just told him you need more physical therapy completely medically neglecting my son . Even though he was having four to six seizures a day and migraines as well. You said no he is fine look at his X-rays see . Telling us no come back in four to six months if he is still having those issues. Even though he was having the issues in May starting when we saw you in late July and gave you the diagnosis from the ENT , your testing showed ( which I have my sons medical records from you )he has signs of seizures but you completely medically dism
