VEG ER for Pets

If I could give less stars I would. During a medical EMERGENCY, We rushed here because Google states this location is open 24 hours. When I arrived, it was closed. In an emergency situation, every minute matters, and discovering this in the moment was incredibly overwhelming and very upsetting. Saturday was the most traumatic and stressful day of my life. You NEED TO UPDATE YOUR hours online so no one else experiences this stress during an already VERY frightening situation.

probably the worst vet that’s ever existed. the website clearly states they are an ER for ferrets among other animals but refused me service and sent me to a vet three times the distance because one of their staff is allergic to ferrets, and when i questioned why they were even hired they couldn’t give me a proper answer. i am actually so disappointed in this place and how they handled the situation. they told me they’d speak to the doctor there, but instead called a different vet then told me to go there. which again, is three times the distance. so now i am on may way to somewhere that can hopefully actually save my fur baby because this location was completely and utterly useless.
