VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital: Strobeck Steven DVM

Took my anxiety ridden/fearful dog here after some very stressful visits at another clinic. This was a complete turn-around. He was still scared of course but they took great caution to help him feel safe and he relaxed significantly. We saw Dr Dominguez for a consult on how to treat his anxiety and adjust his meds. It was an expensive consult, but i think moving forward if all of his vet visits are like this one, it was well worth the money spent. I know others who go to this office with their pets, and they love it too. Staff was friendly, it's clean and quiet.

We recently adopted a Super Senior Cat ( Princess ) from the animal foundation, we recieved a credit of 250.00 and this was a tremendous help in getting a complete overview of Princess's health. Front Staff, Dr Pepper and her assistant are fabulous! Caring towards us and Princess. Results came back next day and Dr. Pepper even called herself to go over everything. Strongly recommend Dr. PEPPER SHE IS AWESOME! *** Bonus they have such a cute Photo booth set up in the exam rooms, you can really get some cute shots.

We used Dr. Strobeck for years while we were there and he is amazing. We have had pets all of our lives and he is compassionate and does an excellent job of managing treatment with realistic expectations and always made us feel like we were making the best decisions even when declining risky or low success treatments. He is one of the best we have encountered in 25 years of seeing vets.

After being a loyal customer for years, saw dr love for the first time. She displayed a complete lack of empathy for us and our cat. Our visit was a complete waste of time and our car got no help!! We will never go back!!

When we got there, due to COVID policies, we had to call & check in. The vet tech came out & got the dog & we had to wait outside. I didnt like leaving him, but it was safer & they were quick. He had to get a vaccine, but it wasn't overly expensive.
