VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital

I just got home from an unplanned vet visit and I am so happy to have tried VCA HMB. I felt the staff and vet were genuine, informed and professional. They have easy booking online which is how I scheduled . Compassionate communication and reasonable pricing. (Which I have not had in the past but felt I needed to tolerate) I left feeling calm about our dogs needs, they explained options. Thank you!!! We will be moving all our pet care to you!

First visit and couldn't be happier. My pup was always stressed at our old vet. I think part of that was because I got her during Covid and she had to go on her own into the vet. While she was nervous walking into VCA HMB, she pretty quickly took to everyone there. Dr. Bowman was awesome with her and me - very relaxed, but focused. He even gave me some good suggestions of places to take her hiking. Super happy with our new vet team and the amazing front desk folks!

VCA Half Moon Bay Animal Hospital is amazing! Our dogs have so much anxiety going to the vet and the staff was so wonderful with them. They had such a calming and caring nature that our dogs could pick up on. Dr. Mays and the vet tech were so good with our Rudy. He was more calm than I have ever seen him at an vet visit. This was my first time at VCA hmb. Dr. Lima and entire staff were amazing! My new pup decided she was not a fan of shots. Dr. Lima and team didn't force her and suggested I bring her back with calming meds. I so appreciate their care and thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend VCA HMB.

A terrific place to fulfill your animals medical needs. The veterinarian and her assistant we're both very caring and thoughtful when it came to our cat's care.
