Very nice people. Front office staff is the best I've ever had to deal with. Had a cat with severe skin issues and they were kind about it. Then had him neutered. Easy in & easy out. Easy in & easy out. Wait time is minimal. I was sad to switch from the office I had been to since a kid but the up sale everytime I went was too much. I did not feel pressured nor did i have a bunch of add ons here.

I have taken all of my pets here for many years now. Both of my dogs are on the care club which provides all of their shots and yearly care for a reasonable monthly rate. I recently got my new kitty signed up as well with the care club that includes spay/neuter. The staff are amazing and always so sweet with my animals. Best vet in the area !

Words can’t describe how much I appreciate the staff here at VCA Gateway. We bring our cat and dog here. We’ve had to board our dog here a couple of times. We’ve also had to bring our cat in several times when she was having constipation issues. Each and every single time we step foot through the door for any reason, every staff member has been friendly and helpful. They truly care about every fur baby and their families. I will always recommend them to others!

We took our sick kitty to see Dr. Tom today for what we suspected was a possible poisoning. this is what vet visit should be like! Wonderful experience all around, Dr. Tom was so informative, caring and patient. He’s a very experienced physician. Thank you so much for helping our kitty and being there when we needed more help than we could give her at home! 10 out of 10 experience and looks like our kitty will be ok!!

If you want an honest vet willing to work with you to get the care you need for your pet, this is the place. We've had to take our 3 dogs there a lot this past year for surgery (including several follow up care visits), and various other issues. With their care club plan, it has made it so much more affordable. They've treated us with so much respect, occasionally offering us house visits for pets we couldn't transport at the time, they have fit us in to the schedule on multiple occasions, and they offer top quality care. The receptionists have always been kind, respectful, and professional. Rachel in particular has answered so many of our calls when we had questions. Dr. Tom has been so helpful as well. We'll be using VCA Gateway for as long as they're around.
