Caroline the receptionist is awesome! Helped us get an emergency prescription refill when our rover lost our dogs meds. She was very helpful and empathetic to our situation.

The care at this facility was stellar under Dr. Roper. However, once VCA took over it has been less than satisfactory. First, practically every time I've had a scheduled appointment I have waited at least an hour and a half. Secondly, almost every time I have left an appointment, the clinic has made an error. Even worse, they don't take responsibility or make it right. Sometimes they have forgotten to give me what I paid for (once medication; another a written prescription for steroids) and another time they did not draw enough blood for a conclusive result. I was told by the front desk that they would not refund the blood draw due to "there being a result; just an inclusive (one)" Lastly, my dog had clear liquid coming from his eye and was squinting. Max had a painful ear infection, and his regular VCA in Hillcrest couldn’t see him due to no available appointments. The team at VCA Bay Park took him in last minute and treated him right away, even during a very busy holiday season. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and most importantly, my Max is happy and recovering really well. Thank you so much to the entire team!

The BEST pet establishment I have yet to come across. Every other vet that I’ve taken my dog to has been a highly negative experience. But since bringing my dog to VCA, I have been extremely satisfied with the services and customer service. You can tell each employee really cares for each pet and takes a lot of time to fully explain procedures and details. They are not just out to get your money like I have seen some other places. Five stars all around and I’m very grateful that we found this place. I highly recommend VCA to all others looking for a trustworthy Vet that will take care of your fur baby.
