Took my cat here because she wasn't eating for a few days and had a paw infection. They gave her the meds needed and had a reschedule exam. Mind you the receipt after the first appointment for the re-exam was 0$, A week later for the re-exam, I had to pay another exam fee during the re-exam. Their explanation was it was a reminder for them in the system and the re-exam fee isn't free like its stated on the receipt. After looking at other 1 star reviews a this clinic about price gauging and such, I'm worried all they see in our pets are the dollar signs our friendly companions can bring them.

Brought our two kitties with very different personalities in for their first post-adoption appointment, & Dr. Tran & the entire team were WONDERFUL. Never saw our little girl look so calm and brave in the hands of a stranger, & they made sure we had all questions answered and all the information we needed to keep them healthy.

This was my first appointment with my cat and I had a very positive experience! They are great with communication, and I felt prepared for my first appointment. Check in was easy and we were seen quickly. The vet tech was super friendly and took down all of my concerns. Dr. Tran was amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and taught me a lot. I left feeling much better. It was a tad of a commute and I was going to find a vet closer to Andersonville. Never mind, I found a vet! Thank you everyone!

If you love your dog, do not bring them here. These people are incompetent. They only see dollar signs and do not care about your dog at all. Examples: We have two dogs. For our first dog they told us she did not need to take heartworm preventatives until she reached 1 year. She has a lot of anxiety and the vet refused her care over 5 times even though the dog is not reactive to humans. When she finally got care (about 5 months later) she had heartworm, it costs us over 5k to cure her. Second dog had a skin tag that looked like a pimple. We got it checked. The Dr. told us to not worry about it and told us that taking a sample to study was not necessary. We got a second opinion about 6 months later. After taking my cat to multiple different vets who had no idea what was happening to him, I couldn't be more glad to have been reccomend this place. When you go on their website or call, one of the things you will hear is that they treat your pet like family. Nothing could be more true about this place. I firmly believe that without taking my cat here to get diagnosed that he would not be as healthy as he is now, and his lifespan would be much shorter. If you are a crazy, paranoid, over the top loving pet mom like me, this is the place for you and your animal. They will not only taking extremely great care of your companion, but they will take care of you and all your concerns.
