Vaughn Vision

My husband and 2 kids were scheduled for eye exams at 9am as new patients. Arrived 15 mins early figuring there would be paperwork to fill out. They dont open until 9, no problem, go in fill out paperwork. At 9:30 there was still no acknowledgement of their appointments and when they asked how much longer they were told at least another 10-15 minutes. How do you run 45 minutes behind on your first appointments of the day? They ended up walking out. Now the kids have missed an entire morning of school for nothing and will likely have to miss another day when we get scheduled somewhere else. Zero apologies and regard for our time wasted.

The staff was great and very helpful in getting my glasses and repairs, Dr. Vaughn is very professional and nailed my eye exam! Overall a very positive experience!

Just moved to the area and needed to get my eyes checked. It was SO easy to get started. One phone call, and there was an opening within just a few weeks. Friendly service, quick turnaround, kind and attentive doctor through appointment. He directly addressed all my questions until I was satisfied that I understood all of the answers. I’m planning to bring my whole family to this practice.

After years of seeing so many different eye doctors and several eye surgerys to be told this was the best they could do being able to really see out of one eye with glasses, I was so blessed to have found Dr Vaughn who really took the time to research what could be done for me and as I am now writing this review from my phone with special contacts seeing perfect. He really has turn my life experiences around with ability to see 360 degrees. I can not begin thank him enough. Also want mention his staff who are very pleasant and professional who took the time working with insurance making my visits successful. If your looking for great service you will diffinitly find it here!!!!

Due to having kids in Quarantine and needing Gallbladder Surgery I had to cancel my appointment 3 times now the Office won’t see me anymore.... Chad has been my “Doctor” for Thea past few years now and I’m really disappointed about this policy especially during a pandemic
