They will not let you reschedule your appointment if you can’t make it that day. They require you to have a card on file and will charge you if you don’t make your appointment. Will be finding a new eye doctor.
The office staff was super friendly. The doctor was great, and explained things well. However, I heard her get rude with the receptionist. Not very professional. I felt sorry for her. Please if your reading this treat your staff a litter nicer even if you are busy.
Loved this place ,very clean ,very sterilize ,clean glasses after u touch them ,very nice staff,the best is I cant wait to get my glasses I got some beautiful ones lol
Absolutely wonderful place! I've gone here all my life and love the care and hospitality they have shown me. Great place and great people!
The care is 5 star but prices are a bit high for glasses. I'd recommend Dr. Vaughan to anyone.
