We have the newest tech on the market and STILL have issues. sensors have bad software/ bugs. we have been told updates are coming but we cant even get our warrantied equipment serviced in a timely manner. long hold times for calls. sales reps vanish after the sale. we are a big group doing a lot of business. currently waiting over a week for an "overnight" replacement. looking into other options

Vatech is great. Reliable and a great image . All these one star reviewers complaining that they purchased something 10 years ago and are now mad that it's old an obsolete are crazy. Technology moves fast.... You'll buy a new car 3 times in 12 years for the new technology, but won't buy a replacement pan :)

Their customer service is terrible. We were told our pan is "out of service" due to its age. Even though they most likely could fix it, because last time they told us that we bought a $6 corded mouse from Walmart to fix the issue of the touch screen failing, but they refuse to even look at it. They just want us to buy another one. I can guarantee you, after that awful support, we most definitely won't be purchasing another Vatech Pan. Offer support for your products or lose all future business. The choice seems simple, but they don't care.

Over an hour wait so far for an ongoing issue. Software has become way too buggy. Tech support is insufficient. What good is a ten year warranty if support is poor. More issues but I wont keep going.

We purchased a CBCT in 2013. We have never had a problem with the machine. Any software hiccups were resolved quickly with tech support; but most importantly my rep, Tony Zavarese is the reason I am so committed to this company. Any question, issue or situation that we have come up against, Tony helps remediate it. He answers his phone every time I call, even while he is on vacation. He is the best rep in the industry and if Vatech sold chairs, units, or handpieces, I would purchase them because of Tony. When we upgrade to the Green, I have no reservations about implementing it into our office's existing technology because I know Tony will be there to ensure everything is applied seamlessly. Great rep, great company.
