I had an excellent experience with Dr. Baptiste and the entire staff at the clinic. Dr. Baptiste took the time to thoroughly explain my venous condition. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered clearly. The procedure itself went smoothly. The office is very well organized, appointments run on time, and the follow-up care was just as attentive as the initial consultation. Most importantly, the results have been excellent. I’ve experienced significant improvement and relief from the symptoms I had been dealing with. I would highly recommend Dr. Baptiste to anyone dealing with vein issues who wants a knowledgeable physician and a supportive medical team.

Upon entering the Vascular Vein Center, I felt comfortable and welcomed by each member of the practice, each acknowledging my presence, and as the appointment progressed the team members identified their individual roles and responsibilities, explained the process going forward and answered my questions. I met with Shardae Batie, APRN, who listened attentively to my initial medical concerns, answered my questions and explained the details of the day's exam going forward. A thorough, painless exam was conducted. Upon completion of the exam, I reconvened with Shardae to discuss the medical findings in detail and answer any questions I had. A treatment plan and timeline were discussed and agreed upon, and I was able to establish follow-up appointments to accommodate my schedule constraints

Dr sharde is amazing!!
