Dr Rao is an excellent surgeon. My Mother in law, husband, and I all go to this group. Wait times can be a little long in the office at times yet team is pleasant and thorough. Normally I'd I would I've it a 4 due to wait times yet the one review that gave 1 star for waiting 5 months before calling imaging company (??) that was to call them sounds a bit unrealistic and an emotional vs intellectual review.

I had an appt. in Dec. 2021 & was told I’d get a call for a follow up appt. from Advanced Imaging bc thy’re backed up right now. April 2022, I called them only for someone to say “we’ve been waiting for you to call for an appt.” I scheduled one appt. In Middletown for one procedure, only to receive 5 calls from 5 diff. people stating; I have an appt. at a diff. location, I have 2 appts., the time was diff. than wht was originally scheduled, my ins. company denied it (this was bc thy billed the ins. wrong) & no, you only have 1 appt., but it’s at this time. I’m so confused at this point & have wasted 5 months with nothing done. I’m considering leaving Christiana Care altogether( especially after a less than desirable experience with the sleep doctor last yr.

Dr. Rao is an incredible surgeon, I can’t sing his praises enough, however 2-3 hours in the waiting room is a little rough especially on the elderly
