Vantage Health and Rehab of Westfield

My brother is in this rehab, from medical issues he recently encountered. This is not a five star motel. He's there to get well enough to go home asap. This facility knows what they're doing. My brother is showing daily improvement and has a positive attitude thanks to the great care he's receiving. And by the way, the entire staff, from the women at the desk as you come in, to the people that are mopping the floors, are all doing it with smiles on their faces,and are so friendly and compassionate! Thank you Vantage, for taking such exceptional care of my brother!.

My Brother was a patient at this place for only 3 or 4 days before things started going very wrong..he was assulted by his roomate ....they then threw out his partial after he vomited from nerves..he had to move to another nursing home/rehab. He was recently discharged so we called vantage to inquire about them replacing his partial but no one can be bothered to call us back..So im writing this in hopes of the owner contacting us..If I dont hear back..Ill write a true review im sure will get noticed...We dont want anything but his partial replaced..which is kind considering ..His name is michael labrecque I truely hope someone will take the time to find out what happened when he was there and contact him.

My experience is a little different from the other experiences. I came here in early May to finish recovering from a mild stroke. There are pros and cons pros I have observed the quality of care here and it's great . Most of the staff are caring and this place is exceptionally clean. Now the cons, although there's not many but the menu is lackluster and the food doesn't have flavor Just because we're older doesn't mean we don't have tastebuds. Besides that if your loved ones need a skilled nursing facility I would highly suggest this place

This is a terrible facility! Do not put the people you love here. My mother was left in the bathroom for over an hour every time she had to go. When she asked for help or needed something she was either ignored or have her needed item thrown at her. She was supposed to receive an x-ray but it was given to the person next to her. We watched her getting worse for 3 days when we had to demand she be sent back to the hospital where she died 3 days later. Please heed these and others warnings and do not use thus facility.

Meeting my mom’s physical therapist, and her nurse, and the comment from my mom that she really likes the facility is a blessing! Thank you for your professionalism! First impression meeting the concierge, I knew from that moment, this facility was awesome, and it also smelled really clean, and have say the staff was really friendly!
