Vantage Health and Rehab of Hampden

I have been here 9 days now and the attention to detail by the CNAs has been terrific! With respect to services needed it has been great. The PT and OT (Andy,Chris,Heidi,Nidia,etc.) have gone out of their way to provide excellent service and have made sure all measures were provided to help get me back where I need to be. All staff from administration (Rachael, Andrew, Stephanie) to nurses and aides (Kathy, Felicia, Leanna) were wonderful! Highly recommend!

The Vantage Activities team is truly remarkable, from the entertainment they provide to their community and fostering diversify activities. It is very important to me that my loved one resides in a place that keeps its seniors active and engaged. Activities Director Keezia and her team, thank you for all that you do for the residents.

Everybody here has been MORE than nice to me. There is not one person here that has not been wonderful. The people here are amazing and I would never have wanted to be anywhere else. Therapy has been wonderful, when I needed help so many people came to help me and everyone seemed like they genuinely care. The care is outstanding and if I can't be home this is the place I want to be! I can't say enough good about this place!

Hi did a Reminiscence program here December 8th 2025 after 30 days I called because hadn’t been paid. Multiple emails multiple calls still not paid. Received two emails requesting the invoice and or W9 multiple times. I had given to the Activities Director ? Koombrella back in 2025. I Sent invoice again. Received an email on Feb 17th from Shifra Hold saying will be paid end of week still no payment. I just sent an email again today March 4th 2026 asking where payment is, the generic (no name ) email says can you send another invoice? lol wow. Really ?! I enjoyed the program and the folks there but this is the worst payment process in the past 6 years. Whew. If you pay privately there don’t pay on time, I bet they won’t mind! lol. Whew!!

I was a patient here at Vantage of Hampden for about 2 weeks. They were very gracious. They made me feel important and want to do the right thing. I would recommend Vantage of Hampden for therapy and nursing! I didn't want it to end but I am happy to go home. I wish I could bring everyone home with me!
