Terrible The people there do not care! My father has been there for a year now I have to call on a daily just to have them give him his nebulizer. The wont act on there own .HEARTLESS EMPLOYEE'S

We had to place mom here for short term rehab after a fall at home. We were concerned after reading some of the reviews, so I’m here to give an honest review and maybe alleviate struggles and misgivings of placing a family member. First and foremost, the facility is clean, and staff members practice all proper protocols when dealing with patients. They are well dressed, clean, and use masks when working. I saw much use of hand sanitizer as well. Yes, the staff are busy, but always recognized us and treated mom very well. The food isn’t fancy of course, but when you think about the audience, bland is good! The meals are plain, but there’s plenty of it that provides the necessary requirements…mom never went hungry (she put on a little weight which was good, and had zero complaints. She alwa

The aides and nurses are great. However, the social workers are rude and unprofessional. One rolled her eyes at my dad several times during what should have been a professional conversation. The second social worker didn’t show up for my dad’s discharge. Occupational therapy was also rude and short tempered. During a new exercise with my dad she says “I don’t know why we are confused!” To a 80 year old man. 80 year old men are apt to be confused. Perhaps we should practice more compassion. Physical therapy was fine, just stretched thin so they don’t exercise the patents as they should. In short, skip this one if you can.

Dear Vantage Staff, Words cannot describe what our family has gone through over these past few weeks. We blinked one day and then landed at Vantage Chelmsford. We were afraid, skeptical and had no idea what was ahead of us. We then met a team of care givers that were caring and wanted to help us move forward and heal. All of our concerns were addressed and we felt at ease. The team at Vantage did an amazing job taking care of the clinical needs of both of my in-laws but more impressive is your empathy and genuine caring for the patient well-being. My mother in law had fallen and broken 3 of her limbs, and was pretty helpless at the beginning and my father in law was faced with an exacerbation of his CHF. If I could give this facility zero stars I would. The facility is dirty, nurses are arrogant and uncaring, call bells are not answered in a timely manner. My mom was left unattended and she fell sustaining a significant injury and then because of the injury had difficulty participating in PT so they wanted her out. Food was disgusting and always cold. Stay away from this place!
