VanMol Family Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! Yes, they have regular business hours and that doesn’t work out sometimes when you’ve been to urgent care or ER. But, for preventative meds taken every day or meds prescribed from a GP or Specialist. They all have the same hours as Van Mol and it works great for me. When my ENT sent the prescription from Alexandria I started driving from their office and when I arrived in Woodworth, the medication was ready. This has happened every time. The staff is professional and I highly recommend using them if you can.

Very friendly staff, excellent service, and very reasonable prescription prices. They get call-in refills done extremely quickly and are truly an asset to the Town of Woodworth. Very reliable and so much better value than big-name chain pharmacies.

Pharmacist in charge has no idea how to run a patients insurance or process an insurance ID card which shows gross neglect on their part, I personally work in town and sent my prescriptions here in an attempt to support local. The girl I spoke to at the window was lovely but when she said she needed more information than my insurance card to get my prescriptions I was confused, someone was behind me so I drove out of the way. I happened to be on the phone with my mother who is a nurse of 35+ yrs and is confused why I was denied my medicine. She calls to clarify exactly what information was missing to which the pharmacist spoke as condescendingly as possible to them because they assumed my mother had no medical knowledge, and explained that this pharmacist is incapable of getting a prescrip

New hours 8-5 when normal people work, and most work 30 min away! Then they say they can’t fill 1 of several prescriptions cause insurance said no. Asked them to call my insurance cause been taking this for a year and my insurance has always covered it. They refused said it’s not their problem we will have to call them. Filled same day at Walmart pharmacy without calling my insurance, no problem with insurance. Little town, obvious little pharmacy that doesn’t care about customer service! If you want to use 1 pharmacy don’t use them!

When Walgreens makes me wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line and then tells me mine is not ready but will be after they take their break to come back in an hour:, I called VanMol in Woodworth and they took care of it. It was ready as soon as I got back to Woodworth. Never use Walgreens again.
