Vanderbilt Urology Green Hills

Did not receive an estimate for a common outpatient procedure until 2 days before the appointment, after they required a month wait time before receiving a vasectomy. I was told multiple times this would given 2 weeks before. Expect to pay 2-3x the going rate for this procedure, even with solid insurance. They also charged $250 for a required 15 minute consultation before scheduling the procedure. Ended up cancelling the procedure. Huge waste of time and $$.

👍. I have nothing but good things to say about Vanderbilt Urology, Green Hills. They were thorough and professional! They were kind and attentive! There facilities were clean and organized ! I was at the clinic on time and was taken to have my B/P and history interred into their system within 5 minutes l! . I had experienced some pain recently, they tested me on site and prescribed medication. Vanderbilt Urology then sent my urine sample to their main diagnostic center for further testing. I would highly recommend Vanderbilt Urology!!

I had called to leave messages for an nurse , instead of returning my phone calls back, they just only leave messages on the portal, very lacking of not returning phone calls back.

Had a Ultrasound done incorrectly and redone which made me late for my appointment. I was told they would fit me in. The very rude receptionist said I had to wait 3 hours to be seen! Unacceptable and not my fault. I liked the Nurse practitioner but after being treated so poorly by front desk, I will not be back! Update*** I mentioned I liked the Nurse Practitioner. After her reading my ultrasound Nurse Practitioner Hannah Lee read my ultrasound and said I was fine after being in awful pain. Refused to give me any medication. 2 days later I was in the ER and I had to have emergency surgery to have stones removed that were obstructed! This office doesn’t know what they are doing! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The facility is state of the art, clean and welcoming. Hannah and Krystoff were incredibly helpful in diagnosing and treatment options. The whole staff were kind and prompt. I would recommend seeing them for any issues and if they can’t solve it they know someone who can. Thank you!!
