Vanderbilt Health Clinic at Walgreens Clarksville Tiny Town

Terrible service from the nurse/provider present on 10/22. I arrived right before 5p with only two people waiting to be seen and/or receive test results. After seeing the last person before me, the provider was not seen for 20-25 minutes before reappearing. At this time multiple families and individuals had come and checked in. After sitting there for another 10 minutes I approached the counter to ask about wait time, as I was only there for labs to be drawn and did not have an appointment. The provider stated that she did not know. I went and sat back down for another 15 minutes before provider called me back to counter. She then reviewed the labs that I needed and stated that she would not be able to complete those labs because they were “light sensitive” and that lab come to collect sp

My child was seen on a Friday morning for an illness lasting a week. My child was very sick and there were no available appointments with his pediatrician before the weekend. We were sent home with the diagnosis of a viral cold and no needed medication. By Saturday morning he was only worse so I called his pediatrician’s nurse on call who advised taking him to ER. We did and he was admitted with RSV, strep, and pneumonia. My child was VERY sick. All of that was dismissed at this clinic. I have no confidence in this location. Vanderbilt should be ashamed of this.

The care I received exceeded my expectation! The staff was friendly from signing in until I walked out the door! They cared about me and made sure they addressed all my concerns at this sick visit! I highly recommend you to visit them if you feel under the weather! You are in good hands. Thank you ladies!

I've been here 3 times. Every time, I received excellent care. This place is like a hidden gem of walk-in clinics in Clarksville. Plus, they have the Walgreens pharmacy right here, too.

Everytime I've gone it's been really easy and everyone has been super friendly.
