*not sure why my review was transferred over to salmon creek 1. This review is based on my visit to this specific office Came here back in March for an initial PT visit. My understanding was that I would only have to pay a $30 co-pay for every visit for Physical Therapy. Nobody mentioned that I would be charged an initial visit of $300. I only found this out after the charge appeared on my account and I only paid the $30 co-pay on my first in person visit. Upon speaking to numerous people at the Vancouver clinic, they said that it’s the patient’s responsibility to know what they are being charged for. I believe this is a shady practice as I’m not sure when to ask what I’m being charged for and I’m not fluent in healthcare practices. As a patient, I trusted the Vancouver clinic to be more
Brand new office opened last November. And it’s wonderful. The women at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I have had two visits so far and they have been great.
Dr Benson was extremely helpful. He gave me a lot of information. I would definitely recommend him .
