Vancil Vision Care

One of my lenses came out of my glasses while at Carrier's take out. The clerk there said she goes to Vancil's and that I should go there to see if they could fix it for me. I did go over and they put the lense back in for me at no cost in just a few minutes. Great service. Thank you very much. Roland

Vancil Vision Care is where my mother has been going for years and she always has nice things to say so when I knew it was time for me to go it was an easy choice on where to go and I have not been disappointed. Everyone in the staff from the women that check you in to the people that do the exams to Dr. Vancil are all so nice, courteous and easy to get along with. Some of the tests I had to do I had never done before and was a little nervous. I shouldn't have been because before we did anything they walked me through everything step by step, so I knew exactly what was going to be done. I have always left my appointments knowing that they are doing everything they can for me because I MATTER and I am not just another appointment to rush through. Dr. Vancil has been my eye doctor for several years now. I am quite happy being in her care. Everyone is very nice and know how to treat my eyes. She has up to date testing. All of her staff are friendly and nice.

I had a great experience at Vancil Vision Care! Being new to Bucksport, I was hesitant to visit a new Optometrist but I am so glad that I did. The office was clean and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, patient, and full of smiles. The exam was quick, easy, and painless.
