Vance Thompson Vision – Sioux Falls

The receptionists, nurses, and doctors at Vance Thompson Vision were absolutely terrific. From the pre-surgery eye tests staff, pre-check with Keith Rasmussen, and all the nursing staff members before, during and after the surgery were awesome! They always took plenty of time to explain exactly what was going to happen and answer all my questions. They definitely made me feel comfortable ! The whole experience was top notch. A very thoughtful group of staff members. Dr. Vance did an excellent job in preparing me for the cataract procedure! I’d highly recommend Vance Thompson Vision!

I had an exceptional care at Vance Thompson yesterday. All of the staff that ran the tests on me were very good and extremely friendly. Dr. Ward & Dr. Schweitzer were so good at explaining everything and giving me the options that were available. I was very impressed with everyone that I had dealt with yesterday.

Dr Keenum was so kind and took all the time I needed to ask questions about my procedure. He listened to my concerns and explained how he could tailor the process to honor my concerns. I was so impressed! I trust him and his exemplary credentials!

I had a great experience. Dr. Keenum and his team made me feel very comfortable. They were amazing at explaining everything they were doing and what to expect with each step before, during and after surgery. I was very pleased with his work and how my eye lids turned out. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wanted a lid lift done.
