Great service from Vic at Van Wyck Prescription Center. The medicine I needed wasn't covered by my insurance, and CVS wanted to charge me over $600. Vic managed to get the price down to less than $100, with free delivery thrown in. Highly recommended.

This pharmacy is extremely accommodating and efficient! The pharmacist Vic was initially filling a script for me and we live about an hour away on Long Island. Vic went out of his way to call 3 local pharmacies nearby in hopes of having the medicine in stock. Thanks to Vic, we can pick up the medication at a local pharmacy in Bay Shore. If I could choose 10 stars to rate this establishment, I would! I choose to support local Pharmacies because the experience is always personal and extremely supportive! WOW! I have been too generous with my stars in the past - can I give 6 just this once? My aging Mom was given a prescription for a scarce and very pricey medication. I wasn't aware she had no Medicare part D - her insurance card reads "Plan D" and I did not catch the nuanced difference. Well, Vic spent easily 30 minutes on the phone with me on two different calls, working out how to get the price down to a small fraction of the original quote.
