Dr. Gabbay and staff are the best! They do get busy because so many people love them that sometimes you do have to do your own follow-ups with them. Do your own advocacy when necessary. Anywho, Dr. Gabbay's office is so awesome at getting you in last minute, getting you in on time, emergencies permitting of course. Occasionally you have to wait but I would rather wait and get things done right and all my questions and/or concerns answered than be rushed through to keep up with the schedule. If I want that kind of treatment than I'm guessing others do too, hence having to wait sometimes. The front end staff is amazing! It is disappointing to have to write this review. I was seen at a scheduled appointment over a year ago. I have been a patient at this location for several years. When I arrived for my routine cleaning, I was informed that my insurance had requested my records and that I could only be seen if I was experiencing pain. I was told the office would send the requested records and follow up with me so we could proceed with my cleaning and X-rays. Unfortunately, more than a year has passed and I was never contacted. There was no effort made to communicate with me or provide an update regarding my insurance or next steps. As a patient of over four years who has spent a significant amount of money at this practice, this lack of professionalism and follow-through is disheartening. I expected bette

We had an appointment at this dental clinic with our 2-year-old child. Even though the visit was scheduled, we ended up waiting almost two hours, which is unacceptable. The clinic itself looked very unclean, with outdated equipment and a shabby interior. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, both at the reception and among the staff. The doctor showed no real interest in the exam: the child was already crying, and all we got was a superficial glance. No useful recommendations or explanations were given. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Gabbay did all of my dental work for at least a decade, and what he DIDN'T do (I moved away for awhile), didn't last as long as his work has. He took care of my sister, daughter and several other people I referred to him and they're all thrilled with the care they've gotten. I'm moving back to California, and once reestablished, no matter WHERE in SoCal, I'll be happily returning to VNVDG!
