Van Houten Pharmacy

Beware of discrimination! I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few months now and had good experiences with the Polish woman pharmacist. I went in today and was helped by a male pharmacist who took one look at the prescription, than me, and said “can’t fill this because you use Walgreens and us”.. I have used Walgreens and local pharmacies for MANY years with no issue. I have to use Walgreens because they are the only pharmacy that can fill my ADHD medication during a nationwide shortage. I asked him why this was never an issue before and if he had my ADHD medication in stock, he said NO. This is why I have to use two different pharmacies! I left and immediately went to a different mom and pop pharmacy that helped me right away, no issues. I guess there was something he didn’t like about m

One of the best pharmacies. They treat you like one of the family. The staff is always courteous, friendly, & very helpful. They always excel my expectations. Consistently providing great customer service. One hundred percent better than big corporation pharmacies.

Everyone who works here is so helpful, kind, caring and compassionate. I’ve been coming here, and Colonial, since I moved here over 30 years ago! They treat you like a real person, with respect, unlike some of the bigger pharmacies where you are just a number. So grateful for them!

Best pharmacy ever! We have been using Van houten Pharmacy for years and I have only the best things to say about this pharmacy. They are extremely organized, helpful, and efficient. They have amazing hours and are there whenever we need. Everyone is friendly and warm and really treats each customer with respect. They also deliver which is a huge plus. We absolutely love using this pharmacy!!

I absolutely love this pharmacy l. As a postpartum mom, they took such great care of me and my family, personally delivering my and my children’s medications. They do this for ALL their customers FREE of charge! They call me everytime they get a script to ask me what I want to do and then theres zero wait for it to be ready. If they don't have the item, they order it for the next morning. Truthfully, i miss small business like this. They treat everyone like family and its wonderfully refreshing. If your looking for a better pharmacy, come here. They personally care for every single client.
