Van Dyk Health Care at Montclair

Thank you for giving my grandfather a much more pleasant experience in his final months alive. It was wonderful being able to come home to visit him and see how much happier he was. Although he wanted to go home to rest, your facility gave him the next best option. I want to commend your activity coordinator for doing a fantastic job and for being so friendly to outside visitors. Thank you for everything

My Uncle Julius Solano was able to walk into this facility June 16, 2017. However, employees of Van Dyk did not give him adequate care or proper oxygen. On June 21st, 2017 he was forced to go back to Mountainside Hospital in Montclair on a stretcher. The ambulance employees had verbal combat with Van Dyk employees because oxygen was not given to my uncle. Julius Solano has not been able to walk since leaving Van Dyk. Avoid this place like the plague. - Paul La Spina

This Facility is awesome. Victoria and the staff are extremely professional, and go above and beyond their services. I would highly recommend this place for elderly loved ones ❤️
