10/10 very kind, knowledgeable, caring, and affordable. I take my blue heeler here and Bing and staff are phenomenal. Office is old and outdated, but who cares when the service and care is far beyond great ✨️

We’re new to the area and needed a new vet. We thought we’d love how close and convenient the office was to our house. My dog has been at the vet twice and we definitely won’t return. At the beginning of the week we had our dog spayed at the office. All seemed fine until about 5 days after. Our dog started vomiting and would not keep anything down. We called the office while they were open and were told to give the dog Benadryl every couple of hours to help. This seemed so odd to us. 4-5 hours passed and our dog was still vomiting and being really strange. Given the office was closed, we decided to take her to an emergency vet nearby just for peace of mind. The emergency vet was so shocked that our primary vet told us to give her Benadryl for vomiting. Wanted to trust Bing because he’s old. Told me my dog, who was clearly suffering from bloat, had a UTI. Well it was bloat and she died yesterday. I repeatedly told the receptionist with glasses that it was bloat and she just kept repeating the question. I told them again maybe my dog ate or drank too fast and that’s what caused her condition. “That doesn’t happen to big dogs”. Well I beg your finest pardon but it absolutely does. Maybe they just wanted to extract a few dollars out of us before our dog died.

This vet was one of the two offices near us that were open on a Saturday (11/30). We called the office three times before we made the 30 minute trip and received no answer. We arrived and were instantly greeted with annoyance that we hadn’t made an appointment (receptionist admitted to hearing the phone ring and not answering it) and huffing/puffing about why we were there. Our cattle dog had an enlarged pupil with eye swelling/drainage and we could not wait until Monday-turns out it was luxated lenses. After making two trips to the back (with major annoyance and loudly sighing) they agreed to see us. No complaints about the vet or other staff. However, the eye drops that we paid for expired in September of 2024. I called the vets office 3 times (and left a voicemail) on Monday (12/01) to
