Valurite Discount Pharmacy

Front desk staff were very kind, but one of the male pharmacists was extremely rude. I asked for clarification of a prescription and the pharmacist just repeated what he had said and hung up. If this is how they treat customers who are unfamiliar with specific medications, I can only imagine how they are to deal with on a more regular basis. I would recommend one of the many other prescription shops in the area.

Sadly they are closed on Sunday and I won’t make it till Monday with my medication. I did ask if they could allow me 4 that I could pick up Saturday and come back for the rest on Monday but they can’t do that. I need a pharmacy that I can use on a monthly basis and where I can get what I. Red when I need it

After a medical procedure at a local hospital we were told to get Tylenol Extra Strength. I waited while my husband ran in to get it. He came out with Tylenol extended release muscle. I asked him to please specifically get Tylenol Extra Strength. This took less than 60 seconds. He went back in with his receipt and was told that not only did they not have Tylenol Extra Strength but that he could not get a refund for the extebded release pills he'd purchased 1-2 minutes earlier. The pills were unopened. He only left store to go to parked car where I was and show me the box. We left and went to a "real" pharmacy--Walgreens, and were able to my the Tylenol I needed for pain. I understand no refunds on prescription meds, but this was ta total shock--and the fact that they told my hysband that

I’ve been a Valu-Rite customer for approximately 4 years, and during that time, I’ve had a few minor issues with them, which mostly includes getting home , and noticing that my tablet count was less than half of what it supposed to have been. Each time, the pharmacist was very helpful and courteous, and fixed the issue. It didn’t help that I had to drive back out to the location though. Unfortunately, I must change my pharmacy. I learned today that The Dalton, GA Valu-Rite will be closing at 6pm, instead of 7pm. That leaves me no time to leave work and pick up vital prescriptions, and it also doesn’t help that they are only open 4 hours on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays.
