Now this is a doctor who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond in providing exceptional dental care. The dental assistants are also fantastic, especially Brooke, who helped me. They create a welcoming and comfortable environment, and they're always ready to answer any questions you might have. The entire team makes you feel valued and well-cared for!

From first expression very clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and helpful. Dr. Keith Duane McGruder was extremely informative and co.pletly understanding of my situation. I wish I would have started my Orthodontist journey here, but extremely excited that I found this gem of a place.

I found this dentist through liberty dental because I have Medicaid. I had multiple bad experiences with even talking to others on my list. I first talked with Brandy the front desk receptionist and she was SO kind. I had my appointment today for extraction and they informed me it's my gums and just need a deep cleaning. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. They also have upbeat music playing there that contributes to a good vibe. Highly recommend this dental practice.

i just picked up my first pair of denture's and i have to say that i am very impressed! Value Dental did an excellent job and i am very happy to be able to smile again. My dentures fit perfectly!

First I day there unattended for 45 minutes for them to run my insurance wrong and say I wasn't covered, and refused to treat me after I drove over 30 miles to get there. Once I was done with the drive home and an hour on the phone with my insurance, I got them to rerun it and they admitted their mistake, but that needed preauthorization for payment and that takes 2 to 3 weeks which was the amount of time they had rescheduled my appointment for and could have already submitted that, knowing what I was coming in for. Absolutely poor management, if you have a team member out, you should always have a back up to step up. Poor planning, wasted time and money and an even longer wait time. Horrible.
