I updated my insurance plan last year and was assigned this practice as my primary. I have been having visits as a new patient since October 2025. Overall, I am very happy to practice provides transportation for me as I am wheelchair bound they cannot get to appointments so I get picked up and brought home. The staff and doctors are the best. I also had Issues with a broken refrigerator around Thanksgiving and when my doctor found out about it, she provided me with food donation from the on-site food pantry The care and attention that I have received is a godsend. I was without food at the time and my reason for need I previously had multiple strokes and was in rehab and care facilities for six months and needed a new primary doctor. The services I have been provided I don’t normally find

My doctor is Dalienne Juarbe my doctor show she cares about her patience. I wouldn’t change her for anybody else. She’s the best thing she takes very good care of me. She makes sure my high blood pressure is on point. She has me coming in to take my pressure a wonderful young lady. if I could give this clinic 100 stars , I would the staff is wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go. If you’re not feeling well they take good care of you. Thank you Valora Medical Group.

Valor Medical is an excellent choice. I am so happy I chose them. They truly care about your well being . They also will tell you that they care. Kiara warm welcome service, my. Doctor Juarbe is awesome with helping me understand treatments, Jackie is awesome manager and Anna the medical Assistant is very warm. This office is amazing. They have a good team. This team makes you feel comfortable.

Everyone there is very pleasant and caring. I have at least 6 people that I have recommended Dr. Juarbe to. Jackie, office manager goes above and beyond to make things clear to me.

Office Manager Jackie and Anna the medical assistant are very kind, diligent and helpful in every way. They are very helpful with all my needs and always greet me with a smile. They all attend all my medical needs with my respect and make me feel like family. Wonderful manners and kindness. I couldn't be happier ☺️. I give this office and staff 100 stars.
