The entire Valley Vet team is kind and loving and our pets do very well there, despite an anxiety issue with our lab. (Which has improved over time). Their location is convenient, easy accessibility (for pets and humans); and clean. Our boys are greeted and affectionately called by name upon arrival and receive verbal communication through out the visits. Valley Vet doctors are knowledgeable and communicative with clients, explaining at each visit any changes and are open to questions. Reception and assistants are all pleasant and animal lovers too! We appreciate all they do for our boys and that they demonstrate how much they care by going the extra steps to ensure quality care.

A friendly and great place to get your pet's health needs attended. Every Veterinarian there is friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff is kind and professional and treats your pets like their own. The have some of the best prices around. This is one of the best places to take your best friend.

Terrible Experience – Do NOT Take Your Pets Here I’ve been a loyal client of Valley Veterinary Hospital for years, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be coming back. The new veterinarian they hired is dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic human decency. I brought my dog in for a specific issue on her belly, which I pointed out multiple times. Instead of actually addressing the concern, the vet ignored me and went off on unnecessary tangents. Then, when I asked for a simple nail trim—something every vet should be able to do—her response was, “I’m not a miracle worker.” Excuse me? That level of arrogance and incompetence is unacceptable. Not only did I waste time and energy getting my pet there, but I also spent an absurd amount of money for a visit that accompl

My last experience with Valley Vet was terrible. I brought my 13.5 year old dog in to Dr. Lasko. His leg kept popping out such that he had to go to the emergency vet in Kingston . He had been in terrible pain and I took him back to Dr. Lasko the following week. I asked about quality of life intending to put him down that day. Instead of asking pertinent questions about his unusual behaviors, I was told that he had a lot of life left in him. He died at home that night in great pain. I should have followed my own instincts but listened to the vet. I feel guilty to this day. To add insult to injury, the office staff screwed up my getting a dog from another rescue. I trust my vet.Dr. Lasko. Three years ago, rescued a sick cat with Kidney disease. I identified with this cat and Dr. Lasko was patient with me explaining everything as we went on this journey to help Romeo. I did not have a lot of money but she told me what he needed and I followed her instructions. Romeo lived three more years. He was happy, gained and he taught my other pets how to love.
