I had a very positive experience at Valley Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how organized and clean the facility was. Even though urgent care centers can often feel rushed, the team here made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Samra was especially outstanding. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment plan. His calm and compassionate approach really stood out. My second visit here with Dr. Samra. Very short wait time. Very nice office. Most importantly doctor has an excellent bedside manner and he listens to you. I didn’t feel like I was rushed out the door. He really listened to me and I needed that. Really hoping he goes private practice but I will take him as an urgent care doctor any day over anywhere else so I highly recommend him. They also sent over my prescription to the pharmacy very quickly. I will leave a separate review for the pharmacy that processed my order within 30 minutes even in a busy pharmacy. All in all 5+ stars. He is a very caring doctor.

When my son was sick, I didn’t want to spend hours waiting in my insurance hospital’s ER, so I decided to try Valley Urgent Care. A friend had recommended it, mentioning that it was new and provided excellent medical care. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean the facility was and how professional and caring the staff were. The wait time to see Dr. Samra was less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions while quickly identifying the cause of my son’s illness. Additionally, the turnaround time for lab results was only about half an hour, which made the entire experience efficient and reassuring. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who wants excellent service!

Dr Sukhjit Samra is friendly, caring and very thorough with his exam. He made sure that my mom's needs and concerns were met. The office is also very clean - welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist is nice too. Check-in on the ipad was a breeze. If you can't be seen by your PCP soon, I highly recommend Valley Urgent Care. 5 out of 5 stars.
