Had two different appointments with the radiology department at VRMC. Registration was quick as most of it was completed online prior to my arrival. Minimal wait time to be seen by radiology personnel. Very smooth process. Hope the rest of the hospital functions this way if I ever have to be admitted.

My experience is only based on the Labor & Delivery unit, ALL the nurses are amazing! And I’m so thankful with Patty, Vanessa, Claudia, Ashley, Micaela, Alejandra and some other 2 nurses that assisted me during the birth of my baby but couldn’t get their names. They took care of me in the most admirable way, they always approach me in the warmest and kindest way possible never felt afraid to ask anything and when I would complain for pain or discomfort they always tried to look for ways to help me to feel better🥹💕 the postpartum care is amazing too! Ileana and Kassandra are so kind and amazing, Gilda from lactation consulting is so patient and gentle with first time mothers. I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience with the medical staff, you can tell from far away when someone enjoys what they do

I came to have surgery and I was very nervous because I’ve had bad experiences prior to today at another hospital (VB). Nurse Cindy was the kindest ever. Everyone else who helped me today as well, from the RN’s to the anesthesiologist. The staff in this hospital are very attentive, caring, and supportive. They never made me feel like I didn’t deserve the care I needed. I also wanted to say the upgrades in the hospital and ER are very telling in how much they actually care for their establishment and the people who come or work here. Please keep it up, us patients appreciate everything you all do for us.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery through day surgery. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. Post op care in PACU was great. The nurses that helped me were amazing. I would like to give a special thanks to my anesthesiologist Dr Cox. Her pain management was stupendous. My usual concerns with surgery is the post op pain but that wasn't even an issue, thanks to her. I would also like to thank Dr Tucker, my knee feels much better and isn't in constant pain like before.

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. From the moment the doors opened absolutely horrendous customer service. The unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for sick or injured patients is astounding. Why individuals are hired in the medical field that lack the social skills to perform a front desk job shows a lack of clear leadership and management. If you can avoid this hospital, please do.
