Why is police car illegal parked and blocking patients to get pickup or walk through. No police light are on no police officers inside the vehicle. This is a illegal parking and he is going to get a parking ticket plus violation for leaving the vehicle unintended. This has been send to parking enforcement. And we will be heading over to the Van Nuys police station to find the driver of this vehicle.

I've been to their ER twice. Once I wasn't in much of a rush a they took care of me well and I'm uninsured so I just paid about $187. The second time it was very much an emergency​. I just had my nose (deviated septum) fixed 2 days prior and woke up with a severe nose bleed, with blood coming out my nose, mouth on being swallowed. Worse, I had an 8 inch long blood clot from my sinuses going down my throat or I could cough it out so it hung out my mouth like my tongue and was choking on it for around 45 min at least while waiting for the Dr and since it was covered in blood and slippery I couldn't grip it to pull it out. Worse experience I had at this hospital I have arrived 930 pm and left 2 am I was feeling horrible with serius flu the waiting time was horrible also they don’t have no water either tissues people have flu. After I waited 5 hours the doctor come to check me and tell me that he can give me any medication for my flu basically I went there for no reason I waste my time and money because they still charging my health insurance.
