Female front desk clerk is extremely rude, I asked her a simple question referring to a hospital band they put on my wrist (they NEVER put a band on me before) and she said “what do you mean what is it” how much more do I have to ask, I just wanted to know why they were putting a hospital band on my wrist and out of everything that was the first thing she could think of “what do you mean what is it” I told her that they’ve never put one on me before so I wanted to know what was going on, and she replied with an attitude “ well they’re always supposed to put one on you “ Girl that’s not my problem your coworkers don’t all follow the same policy. This is my second pregnancy coming here and not once has anyone at the front desk ever put a band on me, of course I’m going to ask!! I’m not just

I was a bit skeptical about this place. I personally do not like Valley Pres but the ultrasound tech here was great she outdid herself. My dr referred me to a different place when I was 8 weeks and they were extremely rude I couldn’t ask questions or look at the screen as she performed the ultrasound. Monica at The Perinatal Center allowed me to watch and she identified what she was taking pictures of! I was very pleased with her professionalism!

I wrote a long review of this place. I gave a dr credit I shouldn’t have. The sonographers are professional, as is the nst staff. Some I even would go as far as to say I like. I’m usually not a difficult patient. Usually. After being told to consider an amino or an abortion at 21 weeks in, I didn’t ever want to see this place again. I was, and am still, angry at that circumstance. Very angry. It shouldn’t have ever happened. Then I thought a dr was nice. Today I realized the same dr didn’t like me and was ignoring me when they said ‘oh god’ to my name, where I could easily hear them. It’s incredibly unprofessional. I’m a Crohn’s patient. I needed to speak to this dr. because I’ve been having a flare up. I need to know if it’s safe for my girl. When I was ignored I knew there was a problem

Would NOT recommend Dr. Mee Sook Kim on the basis that she pushes her religious beliefs on patients which is WRONG! Telling a patient not to meditate and do yoga that you should stick to god is not ok! Someone dealing with severe depression & anxiety does NOT need to hear these very discouraging words when they are going to an obgyn appointment. Please stick to your practice and DONT tell someone to go just go to god and pray! Religion should not be brought up at all and its wrong to give advice like that especially since youre not the psychologist giving treatment already and dont know how these repercussions can affect someone.

Monica so far the best sonographer i could ask for, she is so professional and explains everything so detailed that you can actually know what is going on . I have being there 2 other times and had this other 2 sonographers that were so rude and would make it seem like i was asking for too much when i would ask about anything plus they wouldn't allow me to see my baby ugh they were the worst i had brought my mom to be with me and see the baby and the only thing we got to see was the babies head position and amniotic fluid but nothing else and they discharged me in less then 10 minutes i hated it i was so close to change places for this particular reason but im so glad i got to meet monica she was the best, i will not ask for any other sonographer but her for future appointments.
