Valley Pediatrics

Experience was awful 😿 I’ll be changing pediatrician soon , Took both of my kids to a sick appointment went straight to the room waited more than an hour for someone to check us in and nothing, my daughter felt asleep waiting for a nurse and when the doctor came she stated she was by her self with so many patients in the office,all she did was the strap test never got result of it …..so our visit was totally a waste of time!!!!!

If there were anywhere else close by to take my children I would do it. The staff is unhelpful. You do not get in and out under 2 hours. Appointment times are an absolute joke. Doctors spend less than 15 minutes in the room with kids. They refuse to fill out needed forms for kids before school starts bc they haven’t had their physical even if the physical is already scheduled. The only reason the physical hasn’t happened is because their availability. Update: They made sure to make leaving financially inconvenient as retaliation. $100 to get the records for my kids faxed over to another office. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this hell hole all together. The doctors are bad, the staff is bad. And they love retaliation. Go anywhere else!!!!

Absolutely the best of the best. Every single doctor I’ve seen or spoken to are all awesome. They have gotten me through years of some very tough concerns. They are spot on with every concern, so knowledgeable and thorough, and the nurses are also gentle and kind. Not to mention my child loves going there - I never feel like I’m annoying them (and I probably am) and I am just so grateful overall for this practice.

I felt the need to post on my child's doctor! My child was sick on Sunday and their office was not only open to see him but the were absolutely wonderful!! As most of you know having a sick child is nerve wrecking in itself. I was given an appointment right away and when I arrived the two girls behind the desk could not have been any sweeter! They were so caring and willing to accommodate us in any way. The nurse brought us back almost immediately and was just as sweet and understanding. His doctor took time with us, treated him and eased my emotions. In our time of need this office was open and nothing short of amazing!! Thank you for being there Valley Pediatrics!!

So lucky to have recently found Valley Pediatrics! I feel like family when I go there with my children. Everyone is so kind to us, and have gone above and beyond when I've needed something. Disappointed to see the recent poor reviews, because these Drs have an unmatched combination of experience, expertise, enthusiasm, and desire to help children, and you won't find that at too many other practices. Fees are pretty standard at all medical offices I think, but the service the staff provides, in both offices, 7 days a week, is outstanding considering the number of patients they must see on a daily basis. Highly recommend!
