I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chen at the Huntingdon Valley Library during a community fundraiser. He impressed me as both incredibly kind and deeply knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

From the first day I walked in they made me feel comfortable and heard. The staff is wonderful, take their time to answer all questions you might have and have helpful recommendations. Dr Chen fixed my teeth when other doctors told me it was not possible and in a record time. I am at the end of my treatment and I am very satisfied with the results. He is really great at what he does and he cares.

My daughter/family has had the most incredible experience with Valley Orthodontics. The staff are top notch! They have an on/call service and within minutes they call you back. They bend over backwards to make sure that you are seen. They work with parents schedules, kids school and sports schedules. I cannot say enough about the staff. They are the most caring medical office I have ever come in contact with. You feel like you are part of family. And now for the real review, my daughter’s teeth within two weeks were looking spectacular! I highly recommend Valley Orthodontics! My son is next and we would not trust anyone else with his teeth!
