Valley Oral Surgery

Dr. Laski and his entire team, took EXCELLENT care of my son, he had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. All of the staff including Colleen, Dee, Jeanine, Renee and Jose took great care of us from start to finish. They explained the procedure, how it will go, medications, icing, post-op instructions for healing, what to eat, and made sure he was comfortable. Everyone was friendly, patient and professional. They took great care of my kiddo. Five stars- and will go back if teenager #2 requires the wisdom teeth procedure. Great surgeon and supportive team overall.

The medical staff here are personable and professional. I have no complaints with the care I received, tooth extraction and bone implant. However, the front desk and billing department IMHO leave much to be desired. During a follow up appointment I was told I had an outstanding bill. Foolishly I paid the bill only to learn when I got home and finally received my bill and my dental insurance denial of service that the bill was submitted incorrectly for the coverage. I asked for a refund of the payment and that they resubmit the bill correctly. Called back and they are refusing to refund the payment until they get a response from my insurance. They could refund the monies but choose not to do so. My recommendation, never pay an outstanding bill until you have all of the information i

Dr Laski and team were absolutely amazing. Took care of me from beginning to end with no worries. 4 wisdom teeth pulled and no pain at all 1 day post op! Couldn’t recommend a better place for oral surgery!

So pleased with the care from this office. The staff are great and Dr. Parikh is excellent- patient and kind. I had 2 teeth extracted and am waiting for implants. The office called me around 4 hours after surgery and Dr. Parikh called at the end of that day to be sure I was doing well.

I want to specifically acknowledge Donna in the billing office who was excellent at resolving insurance questions and obtained the pre authorization for my daughter's procedure. Donna was very kind and sympathetic to our needs and resolved the issue others could not. Great Job and Thank you Donna!!
