Valley Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery - Sacramento

Wonderful front office staff. Very kind and helpful. Medical assistant was comforting and made the waiting for the procedure as comfortable as possible. The doctor did a fabulous job. Such a better experience than the last oral surgeon I was referred to a few years back. Hope to not need their services in the future. But should I, I would not go anywhere else and I will gladly refer friends and family.

They extracted my tooth in a professional way and did what they could to make the experience as easy as possible. My only complaint, and for which I am deducting one star is that the cost of the bone graft--the only cost not covered by insurance-- was not mentioned until I was presented with the bill ( before the surgery, but after the explanation of why this was essential). It was ver expensive and yet I felt I had little choice but go through with it because no other options were presented. Perhaps I'm being a little unfair bc it is not their fault that insurance did not cover but I thought that coming up with $600 on the spot with no other options made the experience a little more painful than necessary.

It is unfortunate to give a review for anything other than the surgeon and services, they both seemed pleasant and professional. However, I booked my appointment, providing insurance info, I filled out paperwork online, I checked in at the front, received x- rays and consultation, THEN they told me I was out of network, while bringing me the bill. I am thankful for one hygienist helping me out here but it was still a huge waste of all of our time and my money. Extremely disappointing that you would not alert someone to this at INITIAL booking!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and it was a great experience. My surgeon and nurses were so sweet and did a great job with relaxing me and my healing is going great. Would definitely recommend!

I am so scared of dentists. One of my biggest fears. I walked into that office and everyone was so kind, warm and made me feel ok for being scared. They were able to get me in the next day for surgery. I need two wisdom teeth and two molars pulled. I am now on day 3 of recovery and barely have any pain. Dr. Lee is an incredible surgeon. I am so happy with my experience.
