Disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism with my first visit for a complete physical. Dr, Zeveloff greeted me with was possible gum chewing under her mask. I was told to fast, then told I didn't have to because of previous blood work, then told I needed blood work for cholesterol, etc. A complete physical involves EKG (not given) checking any glandular conditions (not given), basic ears and throat (not given). Dr. Zeveloff did not seem concerned over some issues that were my concern and I felt she couldn't wait to exit on to her next patient. There was no true one-on-one - especially as a new patient. The PA who took my vitals was bland and mechanical. When all was over, I was told in the hallway _ See you in 6 months. Are you kidding!!!! (Please do not send me your carbon

I made an appmt over 2.5 months ago only to be switched to another physician less than 24 hours before my appmt; not of my choosing and without my permission, due to scheduling conflicts. Very unprofessional in their handling.

Horrible experience with Dr and staff. Misinformed repeatedly and told “they didn’t know what to do”. Stay away.

10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. 14 years as patient and today 10 minutes late I need to reschedule my appointment.

Dr Zeveloff is extremely rude and unprofessional. 0/10 don’t recommend
