Front desk black lady is so rude she was rolling her eyes on me & behaving like she is the queen..& I made a huge mistake by being in her territory.its not the first time i am.getting services by a pulmonary office.but this front desk women was so rude and i was giving every answer nicely and surprised. she would have said nicely whatever she wanted to say but instead..she was mean rude.i am gona change this office bcoz of the staff.thanksi hope she encounters a karen someday then there will a tough compitition.

Answering service was very rude had an emergency call that happened to fall on a holiday and I called them to ask for a medical device and they made me feel bad for having an emergency need on a holiday

I would recommend Dr Matalkah- he is an excellent professional. Compassionate, competent, and knowledgeable. Dr was happy to answer questions. Explained clearly in language anyone would understand. Courteous and patient. MT- Wayne NJ
