Valley Medical Group - Primary & Walk-In Care, Wayne

I loved how the doctor followed up with the test results immediately. However, a detailed blood work could have been done besides the culture tests as we came from overseas and have been sick almost 2 weeks.

This is supposed to be Walk-in care. I walked-in at 9am and was told Physicians don't arrive until 11am and if I was to come back it wasn't guaranteed that I would be seen. So, doesn't that mean this isn't walk-in care. Maybe you should communicate all of this on your site or your google page so that when we look you up we aren't surprised when we get in the office. Communication is key, we already feel bad or we wouldn't be coming to you, don't add more on to us.

I want to say thanks to a wonderful team, it’s such a great place. I have been here many times, even for my physicals. Dr. Jaffe is great doctor, she’s always concerned and attentive to my needs. She follows through, the nurses do as well. They even do blood work here. It’s a plus!

I saw Dr. Salomon , she was amazing! The office was really nice and the stuff was very friendly and helpful! I’m excited to have found a primary doctor!

This location is an absolute disaster. My main location is Teaneck which apparently didn’t have any providers past 2pm on Friday. I was recommended to call Dumont. I called they didn’t have availability so I called Wayne. I was given an APPOINTMENT at 3 pm and wasn’t seen until almost 4 and only because I got up to say something. The waiting area wasn’t even busy when I came in there were two gentlemen waiting and then soon after they were called in and I was the only one waiting. When I was sent in I also had to wait more because apparently the staff considers chitchatting on the corridor and making sick patients wait a sign of them being “too busy.” I was checked by a nice provider named Shannon. I explained to her my medical history with strep and how it needs to be sent out to get cult
