Upon arrival the women at the desk were too busy on their phones as myself and a line of patients waited to check in for the primary suite. For any appointment made your only given 15 to discuss issues with the APN or MD. That truly isn’t enough time to review a chart in my opinion. Staffing for medical assistants were very limited high turn over rate. Since your title is basically run the clinical and back office. Poor management won’t be coming back looking for a new primary asap.

used to love going here but my doctor left. they automatically booked me with a random male doctor. they texted me to make an appointment but I couldn't cancel via the text app. I tried to call them and they wouldn't pick up their phone, I was on hold for over 15 minutes and I couldn't get in touch with a person. then they robo called me to confirm my appointment and didn't give me an opportunity to cancel or talk to a real person there either. you can't get in touch with a real person they make you use some weird app. they are absolutely horrible and I've only had bad experiences with this organization. also there is incorrect data in my medical chart that they will not remove

I was going to the Valley Urgent Care on Hamburg Turnpike, but they have walk ins and the wait was always long. I decided to go to Dr. Duarte since I was able to get an appointment on line. So happy I did this, she is wonderful, takes her time, explains everything and it just a very nice person. Everyone in this office is great. I have made her my primary for me and my husband.

Came in for an appointment with Ancy NP, front desk and security were helpful in the main lobby. Office building was very nice and organized! I only waited 5 mins for my appointment. Ancy NP was amiable, listens well to what you want to say, and has good bedside manners. The two ladies in her office’s front desk were nice as well. Also, huge shoutout to Phlebotomist Linda for getting my blood in one try! Overall, good experience.

Dr. Durate is a caring, thorough, and intelligent provider. I never feel rushed through our visits, and she really listens to my needs. The office is clean, parking is easy, staff is very friendly, and scheduling is also simple. She gives you her full focus and all the time you may need regardless of how busy the office may be! She also is very responsive to the patient portal messages. I highly recommend Dr. Durate. I want to thank her and her office staff for providing such great care!
