After a very disappointing experience with a previous endocrinologist, I came to Dr. Litao. I cannot say enough about her! She is warm, incredibly smart, and has the kind of bedside manner you rarely find anymore. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to explain everything. Her thoroughness is unmatched — she reviewed every detail, connected the dots, and made sure we understood the plan moving forward. One Star Review My experience with Valley Medical Group was extremely frustrating. After a month of waiting, repeated calls, and giving them all my information—including insurance—they scheduled me for an appointment on November 20th. I arrived, waited 30 minutes, filled out a pile of forms, only to be told that the doctor they booked me with doesn’t take my insurance. Instead of scheduling me with someone who does, they offered me an appointment two months later. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. I left feeling that my time and needs were not respected at all.

We've been going to VMG Ped Endo for two years and have had nothing but kind and respectful staff helping us through a very scary diagnosis for our young daughter. Highly Recommend. Dr. Pelavin and his staff (Alexa and Liza) are the absolute best. Most importantly my daughter LOVES them and they have saved her life with their care.
