Valley Medical Center

My visit here was horrible. They had 4-5 people in at the most. They were supposed to give me a CAT scan to make sure I did not have an aneurism and took hours (at that point I was sure I probably did not have one), and I ended up leaving. Now I want to pay my bill, and the automated system told me I am not eligible to pay my bill through the automated system. Like, what???? So then I tried for a representative and sat there for an hour. I'm a busy mom who does not have time for games. These people have no where online to pay the bill. We don't have checks, and we are not ordering a whole book of checks just to pay this place one time. I am hoping someone sues so that we are able to work towards getting decent medical care here in our home town. I should not have to drive 40 minutes away t

I moved from san diego to hemet. I went to get my chemotherapy port flushed i need it done once a month i was checked in then noticed i had someone else's name on my wristband. Then it took them 4 hrs to flush my port . Then i was realeased from here and was given someone else's discharge papers. Be carefull here it is a death sentance waiting to happen

I was sent to the ER from my doctors office. He even wrote me a note of what was going on with me and what I needed to get down. They sent me home and told I had to go somewhere else. I didn't even have a doctor look at me. The nurse went and talked to someone, and came back and said it wasn't worth their time. What a joke this place has always been. Nothing changes.

Best Doctor I have ever had! Treats me like family. Listens to what I have to say. I have to switch Doctors due to a change in insurance. I will miss the entire staff!
