Valley Med Urgent Care

The staff was kind and helpful, but I came in for an ear infection hoping for quick relief. I was prescribed an antibiotic, and unfortunately after four days there has been no improvement at all. When I called back, I was told to return to be seen again, which is frustrating because I expected more effective urgent care treatment during my first visit.

I called the clinic 10 times and got no answer even though when we left you can here them all laughing but they cant answer the phone because the sent the wrong prescription again. This time for my 8 year old. Imagine if they sent something she was allergic too and the pharmacist didnt catch it. This is the second time they sent the wrong prescription to my family. At this point should I involve the FSMB or FDA for mal practice of send the wrong prescription all because they can not answer the phone to fix what the messed up on. Almost 2 hours before closing

Got there at 5:30 and was turned around by receptionist. I was told that by her that they weren’t taking patients no more because they were full. The lobby had 2 persons waiting and I asked what time they closed. She replied that they close at 6pm. There website says 7. Either they trying to leave early or they don’t like helping sick people

They took care of my mother, but will definitely not take her anymore. Very disappointed with the environment.

I'm so pleased with the treatment I received in this facility! Everyone is so attentive, caring & the Dr's & staff are excellent! I give a 💯 for their service ty all !
