Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Care Center

This place is worse than a prison. From incredibly slow nurses to providers who couldn't care less about your well-being or health, I've seen it all here. The supervisors don't listen to your complaints, nor do they care about resolving them. Don't go there; it's better to wait for another facility or rehabilitation center than to go here. The food is terrible and smells bad everywhere. They put me with a noisy patient and never said a word to him. They just care about your insurance and they do not provide transportation back to your home when you are discharged.

My ex Fiance and best friend had to come here, when I was no longer health wise able to care for him. He would have his call light on for over a hour and ended up having accidents because of it. He was end stage Kidney failure and they kept shortening his dialysis at this facility, so to get proper dialysis he had to go elsewhere. His food was disgusting, the pictures he sent was horrible, I wouldn't feed a dog that stuff. On top of it he had the same thing to eat 2-3 times per day. He was miserable there, and in the end he died. Do better or close down!

I’ve been a resident here since Nov 2023 and at first I was like aww man this is going to stink. But after a while this place grew on me. The staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure everyone here is comfortable. From the Administrator down to housekeeping it’s all love. I definitely recommend 5 stars hands down and I’ll challenge anyone who says otherwise

My mother was there for physical therapy directly from the hospital. I have the feeling that they intended for her to stay there and never really did any intensive physical therapy. She went from walking with a walker at Christmas time, to not being able to stand by herself now. We took her out as soon as we could. I will say, we did meet some good people who work there, but overall, we were very disappointed. I would never, ever send her there again. Our family was very involved and visited frequently, which I believe is very important if you want any type of reasonable care for your loved one. I agree with others regarding the smell, it is horrific!

By far one of the most horrible homes there is. My mom has been there 3 years and has gotten no better. They have staff that steals from the elderly and when charges are pressed they don't cooperate with police. So check family members bank statements.They don't give patients daily baths. The entire building smells like urine, do do physical therapy on a regular basis. Just a horribley run facility.
