Staff was amazing! Very helpful! My daughter and I received our glasses very quick. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Valley Mall Optometry!!

Worst customer service, have tried calling all day and no one has returned a voicemail. When i finally got through they said please hold and hung up.

I wish i can give store a 0!!! My experience Over all was not bad receptionist was nice as well as the doctor, The older lady that lets you pick out the glasses was giving attitude. After paying for my visit and glasses, the glasses were supposed to be in the clinic with the 3 months! i waited for my glasses for 5 MONTHS AND THEY GAVE ME THED WRONG FRAMES. They tell me that they can't give a refund because the glasses were already done. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to come here!

I have been searching for a good Doctor in the area to take my kids to and I came across Valley Mall Optometry. I am so happy that I came here. They were very friendly and the Doctor was so helpful! They use quality products here and they have the best technology. My kids both needed glasses and they helped them choose nice styles for school! I recommend this office to everyone and will only be coming here from now on.

Extremely happy with my experience here! The doctors and staff here are so nice and helpful. I've never had such a great experience at any medical office in the area. It's warm and welcoming and they have a great selection of frames! I couldn't be happier with my glasses and contacts! They really know their stuff here!
