Valley Immediate Care South Medford

I received excellent care at this location and wanted to take a minute to thank them. Noel at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful figuring out insurance issues, plus she had a great vibe. My provider, Dr. Penner was so compassionate and affirming, which I was not expecting from an urgent care doctor diagnosing me with the flu. I left feeling respected and cared for, which is all too rare in my healthcare experiences.

I have visited Valley Immediate Care twice, both times with power tool related injuries. On both occasions I received prompt, courteous and expert care. The follow-up visits were thorough, and the injuries healed perfectly. The folks there are very friendly, with great empathy and humor. I’ve got inflammation in my big toe Dr checked it out took blood test right away, they all were very nice. The only issue I had was the fact that my pharmacy was closed at 4pm on Sunday. So I had to wait until Monday to get prescriptions. I know it Was not the fault of the V.I.C. Other than that it was a good visit. Will definitely come back, I actually got in quite fast . A long wait but I totally understand they got busy. Thank You All… C.H.

Starting with the front desk. She was professional and friendly. Made us feel more relaxed. The nurses were the same way, professional and friendly. We really liked Diego and Kamara Dodd. I have to say for a medical facility, I spent a few hours and it was a good experience.

I showed up with no appointment and they got me right in. The staff at the front desk is exceedingly friendly. I really appreciated that. Nobody wants to have to go to Urgent Care! The admitting nurse and both doctors that I saw were also very personable and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and I recommend this service to anyone. 👍
